Terms

Requirements to Lessees:
Client must be 21 years of age, must have valid personal documents - passport and driver's license, with practice minimum 2 year. The rented car may be driven only by the persons entered in and authorized by the Rent Contract.

RENTAL RATES

* The rent due is valid for 24 hours as of the time of renting.
The renting price includes:
· personal accident insurance
· full auto casco insurance
· except for the following cases:
· the car is driven after alcohol or substance abuse
· no police report for insurance occurrence is presented upon returning the car
· Lessee has given the car to a third person not authorized in the Contract or not having a driver's license
· car's tires are damaged not as a result of fire or car accident

*The WEEKEND rate is valid from Friday, 4:00 p.m. to Monday, 10:00 a.m.

PRICES AND WAYS OF PAYMENT

1. Full renting and deposit payment is due on signing the contract and the car condition statement
If paid in cash, we accept all kinds of convertible currency or its equivalent in Leva.
2. When a client decides to return the rented vehicle before the appointed date and time by contract, he or she must still pay 50% of the daily rate on the unused days left by contract.

3. The client must leave a deposit, assigned by the owner on completing the contract and prior to receiving the vehicle, which he or she gets back on returning of the same vehicle. If a fuel is missing, losses or other small damages caused by negligence from the client occur, the deposit is being charged. If a damage is worth over the deposited amount the client must pay extra, untill full cover of the damage is made.

4. Renting for Abroad:
If the client wishes to drive the rented car outside the country, they have to notify upon signing the Contract and to pay for Green Card insurance and extension of the Full Auto Casco insurance for abroad.

Fuel

Fuel is not included in the rent. If the vehicle is returned with lesser fuel than the quantity specified in the Contract, the difference is paid by Lessee

Driver:
Renting a car with a driver has to be stated when making a reservation.

- Driving services within the territory of Sofia - 15 Euro per day

- per day for the country + daily expenses- 15 Euro

Common comditions:
1. TAKING AND RETURNING OF THE VEHICLE

1.1 A client receives the vehicle with a full car equipment, required by Bulgarian traffic police authorities, stated in a both ways signed protocol. The client must return the rented vehicle with its own full documentation and equipment on the appointed date and drop off point by contract in the same condition.

1.2 At least 5 hours prior to contract ending, a client must inform the owner about planned or sudden changes on the returning date and time of the car.

1.3 If for the period of 2 hours after the contract ends, the car has not been returned and the client has not informed the owner, the same car is reckoned stolen. Police authorities are informed immediately.The owner keeps all the rights according to this contract.

1.4 The renting price does not include any fuel, the car is to be accepted with a full petrol tank and is expected to be returned with full reservoir as well. If a client returns the vehicle with a petrol tank different of full, he or she must pay the difference to full reservoir calculated by the owner.
 

2. DAMAGE, LOSS AND THEFT

2.1 In the case of any road accident, irrespectively of whose fault it was, the client must call the police and obtain a police statement of the incident. In cases when client is proven GUILTY for a road accident, he or she must pay the daily rate of the same car for every day lost in a car service and practically having the same car unusable, as well as all additional costs followed by the same accident. If an accident occurs, the client must immediately inform the owner.

2.3 If a client happens to lose car documentation оr car keys, he or she must pay all the expenses followed by it.

2.4 In case the car has to be changed and it is not a client's fault the owner must take the expenses for fuel made by the client while bringing the car back from the place where he was informed about the change as well as those made on the way back.The client receives a car from the same class.In those cases both client and owner sign a new contract keeping the same conditions. The previous contarct is not valid anymore.

2.5 In case the car has to be changed and it is a client's fault he must take all the expenses made by the owner while transporting the substitution car as well as those made for bringing back the changed car.

LIABILITIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT
1. A client can not use the rented vehicle for racing purposes, as well as training, pulling other vehicles, transportation of heavy and dangerous loads, unless having a written permission from the owner.

2. A client is not permitted to drive after having alcohol or any other drug consistent substances.

3. Giving the rented vehicle to third persons is strongly not allowed. A car is not permitted to leave the country whatsoever, unless an official notorised allowance (empowerment) is prepared by the owner.

4. The client should have valid driving license, with experience more than two years.

The renter has to be aware that signing this document, his/her personal data may be used for bearing criminal and civil liability.

Necessary and Additional Equipment

All rent a car vehicles are equipped:wrench, lifting jack, spare tire, medical chest, fire-extinguisher, triangle. Upon client desire a vehicle may be supplied with baby seat or ski-trunk,
